I feel the same way Tired. Everyone asks what can we do, I turn them away from a sense of pride I guess. Picking up the phone and asking for help goes against everything I am, but I must learn to stop this. I cannot do it all.
I have to let people in sometime but i always fear that they will be so sick of me, that they won’t answer my calls.
